All services are provided based on the information supplied by the customer and subject to site conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided are estimates based on initial information and inspections

• Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed

• Quotes are valid for a limited period and may expire if not accepted

• Prices are subject to change due to material costs, site access, or unforeseen preparation work

Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing or verbally

• Customers must provide reasonable access to the property on the agreed date

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated as early as possible

• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover preparation, materials, or labour costs

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the site and project

• Ensure the work area is clear and accessible

• Notify Floor Masters of any known issues such as moisture problems, structural damage, or previous coatings

• Follow all post-installation care instructions provided

Failure to do so may affect the quality, durability, or warranty of the work.

Site Conditions and Limitations

Epoxy flooring and concrete coatings are affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Moisture levels

• Existing concrete condition

• Temperature and weather conditions

• Previous coatings or repairs

Floor Masters is not responsible for issues arising from hidden defects or conditions not reasonably identifiable during inspection.

Warranties and Workmanship

• We provide workmanship warranties as agreed at the time of service

• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals, excessive moisture, or lack of maintenance

• Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

• Floor Masters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

• Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law
