Floor Masters provides a 5-Year No-Peel Guarantee on all epoxy flooring and coating systems installed by our team.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship and installation process.
What this guarantee covers
- Peeling, lifting, or delamination of the coating from the surface
- Adhesion failure directly caused by installation workmanship
- Application or surface preparation faults carried out by Floor Masters
This guarantee applies when
- The floor is used under normal residential or commercial conditions
- Maintenance instructions have been followed
- No third-party modifications have been made
What Is Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover issues caused by conditions outside our control, including:
Substrate Movement & Structural Issues
- Cracking or movement of the underlying concrete or timber
- Structural shifting, expansion, or contraction
- Pre-existing defects in the substrate
Moisture & Water Conditions
- Rising damp or moisture vapour transmission
- Flooding or water ingress under the coating
Environmental & Usage Factors
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, fuels, or incorrect cleaning products
- Impact damage from heavy equipment or sharp objects
- Normal wear and tear over time
External Work
- Repairs or alterations carried out by others after installation
Product Performance & Materials
We use professional-grade epoxy systems sourced from reputable suppliers.
Certain characteristics such as:
- UV resistance
- Colour stability
- Natural ageing over time
may vary depending on product type and environmental conditions.
These factors are determined by the product system itself and are not part of our installation workmanship guarantee.
If a concern relates to product performance, we will assist in identifying the relevant supplier and support you where possible in raising a manufacturer claim.

To process your claim, we may request
- Proof of installation (invoice or booking confirmation)

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our services include guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to remedies for major failures and repair of services that do not meet acceptable standards.
